The Ombudsman Naser Ziberi told Telma TV late on Wednesday that the work of the judicial system will be seriously disrupted in 2022, as the mandate of many judges and public prosecutors will end, and the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors will not have enough capacity to create new staff.

Here, surely one of the first victims will be the procedures that are urgent and that need to be responded to quickly. Unfortunately, this is the situation and I think we need to react very quickly, Ziberi said.

He stressed that the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors must have a greater capacity to create staff, adding that according to the information and conversations he had, there are serious problems in terms of conducting calls and training program.
