Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced that the Government is limiting the price of gasoline at 480 forints, or 1.3 EUR per liter.
This is meant to prevent further rise in inflation and the help control the energy crisis that hit Europe.
Gasoline and diesel can be sold for less than 480 forints for liter, but not above that price, said Gergely Gulyas, Orban’s chief of staff.
