Bibi’s World, a Macedonian entertainment project for children, was presented at this year’s Kidscreen Summit held in Miami, Florida, from Feb. 11 to 14.
Sarita Castillo, head of Lynx Animation Studios, the region’s largest 2D animation and video games production company, presented Bibi’s World at the kids entertainment industry’s most important annual event.
Castillo said Bibi’s World was met with enthusiasm by the conference’s attendees, TV and film producers, distributors and kids content buyers.
“I met with representatives of many companies, including Netflix, Dreamworks, Cartoon Network, Sony, and Mattel, among others,” Castillo said.
Kidscreen Summit welcomed more than 2,000 attendees from 50-plus countries in 2018.
Top executives attend the conference to take part in business networking and to engage in dialogue on issues affecting the industry.
Castillo also presented John Vardar vs. the Galaxy, the first Macedonian animated feature, which is expected to be released in 2020.
