A news site published a video it claims is of an employee of the Skopje court, receiving a bribe to allow a person charged with theft to be found not guilty.

According to the Dosie.mk news site, the court employee, who is not identified by the site, offered the family to release the man of his charges in exchange for 6.500 EUR. In the tape you can see people counting large euro bills and the accompanying audio is of people discussing whether the money is real or possibly fake.

God forbid somebody is recording us, haha. I’m not suspicious but there are all sorts of people, a female voice, allegedly of the court employee, can be heard saying.

The news site published only a portion of the video. It claims that it has the full recording, in which the employee discusses names of judges who will have to decide in the case of their family member, but there is no clear indication that they asked for money in this case. According to the site, the recorded employee was already approached by the police.
