SDSM leader and Prime Minister Zoran Zaev addressed a press conference, claiming the victory of the candidate of the SDSM-led coalition, Stevo Pendarovski.

According to the data of the SDSM analytical center that Zaev announced, from 98, 27% of the processed votes, Stevo Pendarovski won 321,201 votes, Gordana Siljanovska Davkova won 316,872 votes and Blerim Reka 79,169.

That’s a lead of over 4,300 votes, Stevo Pendarovski’s victory, Zaev said.

Zaev said that the elections took place in a fair atmosphere and that he expects victory in the second round.
