The government is constantly working on policy-making and creating serious resources to facilitate the access of capital from the business diaspora to create new jobs in the fatherland, said Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, speaking about the potential of the diaspora at Tuesday’s panel session of the first day of the “Macedonia 2025” Summit, which lasts until December 3.

The panel also discussed the problem of youth migration, ie the reasons and the strategy that would achieve a reduction of this trend.

We need a strategy that addresses all the challenges due to which our people are leaving the country, so that we can put them in a position to deter them and motivate them to stay here. It is the duty of all of us to create here and change the Republic of North Macedonia. To Europeanize it with the European values that we will feel here, but also in the part of the overall quality of life, said Zaev.
