Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, SDSM leader Dimitar Kovacevski and DUI leader Ali Ahmeti and their teams held Thursday a working meeting in the government as part of consultation meetings over the government priorities, taking over responsibilities and maintaining and upgrading the government and parliamentary majority.

It was confirmed at the meeting that the goal of securing a stable government and a stable parliamentary majority that act exclusively in the interest of the citizens and in the interest of the state interests has been met. Zaev, Ahmeti and Kovacevski agree that the new government will be fully focused on the accelerated movement of the country along the Euro-Atlantic path and that the goal is the first major success of the government to find solutions to challenges in relations with Bulgaria and start membership talks with the European Union, the government said in a statement.
