Speaking to Fidesz party supporters, Orban evoked the Communist rule in Hungary, saying that the country is not willing to replace it with “diktat from Brussels”.

We will not give up our right to protect our borders either. We will stop the migrant flows and we will continue to insist that a marriage is between a man and a woman, protecting our children, Orban named some of the main divisive issues between Budapest and Brussels.
