The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, has resigned from the position of prime minister, Italian news agency “ANSA” reported, citing information obtained from European diplomatic sources after no consensus was reached at the EU to set date for start of accession negotiations with Macedonia and Albania.
Government spokesperson Muhamed Hoxha, confirmed that the government was informed about the reports of the Italian news agency, but adds that Prime Minister Zaev is currently running consultations on different levels and that the public will be informed about any news, Netpress reports.
