On Friday’s “Samo vistina” show, Justice Minister Renata Deskoska expressed doubts about whether Katica Janeva herself wrote the letters ordering SPO to hand over its cases to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Namely, Janeva sent a letter on 04.09.2019 ordering all the evidence and bombs to be handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office ie to Ljubomir Jovevski, which then accepted the letter as an official order and acted upon it.

The public then speculated that the letters may not have been written by Janeva, with her lawyer Irena Frckovska then saying that Janeva was in serious physical and psychological condition.

Katica Janeva contacted her lawyers, and as far as I know the procedure of transferring letters went through a competent judge, so you cannot as a lawyer smuggle letters from an accused person, that letter must go through a competent court so my information is that that procedure was done, but who organized it, I didn’t see whether she wrote those letters or not, said Deskoska.
