Zelensky and Von der Leyen honor Ukrainian railroad workers.
Ursula von der Leyen, the president of the European Commission, and Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, honored the nation’s 220,000 railroad workers on Saturday in Kiev for continuing to operate trains in spite of Russian attacks.
