Culture Minister Asaf Ademi attended the Vienna New Year’s Concert, Macedonia’s Culture Ministry has informed.

“Culture Minister Asaf Ademi attended the Vienna New Year’s Concert, which this year celebrated the 150th anniversary of the Vienna State Opera,” the Ministry said.

Minister Ademi, together with representatives of the Ministry of Culture, attended this exclusive event at the invitation of the Director of the Vienna State Opera, Dominique Meyer, with whom he also held a working meeting. At the meeting with the director of one of the most important opera houses in the world, Culture Minister Ademi discussed the possibilities for cooperation between this renowned cultural institution and Macedonia’s national institutions. During his stay in Vienna, Culture Minister Ademi also met with the world-renowned violinist Shkëlzen Doli, a member of the Vienna Philharmonic, the Culture Ministry said in a statement.
