The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) will make a new decision on the price of oil derivatives during the day, which will start to apply as of midnight. As the ERC informed, the preconditions for making a new decision have been met.

Fuel prices are based on the amended Rulebook on determining the retail prices of oil derivatives, by which the ERC can make decisions on a daily basis to change fuel prices if the calculation of the price of any oil derivative goes up or down by two denars. The calculation takes the average of the previous five-day stock quotations for each oil derivative separately and is not affected at all by the price of crude Brent oil on the world market.
