A young woman was pinned down by a tree that fell in downtown Skopje this afternoon.

A strong gust of wind passed through the city and brought down a large tree near the old Nova Makedonija building. The woman was walking down the street at the moment the tree fell. Bypassers came to help, and she was quickly taken to the near-by clinical center.
